RobotAnno AI unmanned ice cream kiosk has been officially deployed at Luotian Forest Park, Bao’an, Shenzhen. The unit is placed next to the security booth at the park’s south entrance. Powered by self-developed collaborative robotic arms, the robot automatically prepares various ice cream and sundae products. Visitors can place orders and pay by scanning codes, enabling 24-hour unattended retail within the scenic area. This project builds a smart cultural tourism consumption scenario for the forest park. It requires no on-site staff, cuts manpower costs for the park, and provides tourists with convenient, freshly-made ice cream during their visits.
