RobotAnno AI beverage robots (milk tea, ice cream and coffee machines) have re-entered Window of the World scenic area in Shenzhen. As a benchmark deployment project for domestic cultural tourism scenarios, this integrated smart beverage station provides massive tourists with one-stop service of freshly-made coffee, milk tea and ice cream. Adopting unmanned intelligent operation mode, it adapts to the consumption characteristics of large passenger flow and high turnover in scenic spots. With self-developed robotic arm technology, stable complete machine solutions and cloud remote operation & maintenance capabilities, RobotAnno integrates intelligent beverage technology into cultural tourism experience. This project serves as a benchmark case for RobotAnno to deepen its layout in the domestic cultural tourism sector and build unmanned retail for smart scenic spots.
