Recently, the Anno AI robot Santa Fe Ice Cream Pavilion officially settled at Birmingham train station in the UK, bringing a new experience of intelligent and convenient ice cream consumption to travelers. This ice cream pavilion is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that can accurately maintain the storage environment. After the passengers order through the touch screen, the mechanical arm can complete the whole process of rice cake beating, sauce pouring and material spreading, and the meal can be served within 30 seconds. The pavilion offers 6 types of jam, including chocolate and strawberry, paired with crushed nuts to create 20 customized sundae. The equipment is made of food contact grade materials that comply with EU standards, equipped with automatic disinfection blocks, and fully visualized throughout the production process. ​

The Birmingham train station operator stated that the ice cream kiosk can efficiently meet the immediate needs of passengers and alleviate service pressure during peak hours. The head of Annuo brand said that the formula would be adjusted according to the local taste preference, and the subsequent plan would be to enter the transport hubs in London, Manchester and other cities to further expand the European market.
