The pavilion offers 6 types of jam, including chocolate and strawberry, paired with crushed nuts to create 20 customized sundae. The equipment is made of food contact grade materials that comply with EU standards, equipped with automatic disinfection blocks, and fully visualized throughout the production process.
The Birmingham train station operator stated that the ice cream kiosk can efficiently meet the immediate needs of passengers and alleviate service pressure during peak hours. The head of Annuo brand said that the formula would be adjusted according to the local taste preference, and the subsequent plan would be to enter the transport hubs in London, Manchester and other cities to further expand the European market.
