Anno AI Robot Milk Tea Kiosk is Officially Stationed at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Providing Intelligent Tea Drinking Service to Passengers Around the Clock
Recently, Anovo announced that its self-developed AI robot milk tea kiosk was officially unveiled at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, providing round-the-clock intelligent tea service for travelers. This innovative initiative marks an important step in the upgrade of Hangzhou airport‘s intelligent services, and also provides a new sample for the digital transformation of the national airport scene.
Equipped with a high-precision robotic arm system and an intelligent interactive terminal, the Anno AI Robot Milk Tea Kiosk can realize the whole process of automated operation from ordering to production. After a passenger places an order through the touch screen or a small program, the robot can complete the extraction of the tea base, addition of ingredients and shaking of the cup and packaging within 90 seconds, with an accuracy of 0.03 millimeters. Its fully enclosed dustproof design and modularized operation and maintenance system ensure food hygiene and operational efficiency to meet the high-frequency service demand of the airport.
The relevant person in charge of Hangzhou Airport pointed out that the introduction of the AI robot milk tea kiosk is an important practice of the airport‘s “wisdom + humanity” strategy. Previously, the airport has launched innovative services such as AI face boarding and intelligent baggage check-in, which have shortened the average queuing time of passengers by 40%. This cooperation not only optimizes the service ecology of the waiting area, but also injects technological vitality into the traditional catering industry, which is expected to serve more than one million passengers annually.
With the demonstration effect of Hangzhou Airport, this model is expected to be popularized in airports nationwide, promoting “no-touch service” as a new standard for air travel.
