This coffee shop is equipped with a 6-axis robotic arm and an IoT system, supporting bilingual ordering in Malay and English. Built in premium coffee beans, capable of making 12 types of coffee such as American style and latte. The entire process from grinding to serving can be visualized in 90 seconds, with a flavor stability of 98%. ​

The operator of MYTOWN shopping mall stated that introducing smart coffee kiosks can not only alleviate the queuing pressure during peak hours, but also attract customer flow through technological interaction. The head of the Anno brand revealed that in the future, the menu will be optimized based on local taste preferences, and plans to expand to three core city commercial districts in Southeast Asia within the year.
