The newly deployed kiosk features Anno‘s proprietary AI control system, equipped with high-precision grinding components and temperature control modules to consistently replicate eight classic coffee varieties including espresso and American coffee. Supporting bilingual Spanish and English operation, the device enables one-touch ordering with fully automated robotic preparation. Its 24/7 unattended operation and cloud-based remote maintenance capabilities perfectly align with the high-frequency service demands of local commercial districts.

According to local partners, the kiosks served over 200 customers daily during their first week of operation, with consumers widely praising both the refined taste and efficient service. “Robot-made coffee offers consistent flavor, and there‘s no need for long queues during peak hours—it‘s perfect for commercial districts,” commented Quito resident María Santos.
