Anuo AI Robot Mixing Booth made a stunning debut in the core exhibition area, igniting the scene with its innovative “technology + mixology” concept and becoming a hotspot for young people to check in.
As the carnival‘s core showcase project for “AI Empowering Tradition,” the Anuo Mixing Booth is equipped with precision robotic arms and an intelligent recipe system, capable of crafting a custom Huangjiu cocktail in just 45 seconds.
Inside the transparent operation cabin, the robotic arm‘s fluid movements—picking up liquor, shaking it, and adding garnishes—drew crowds of onlookers.
Anno Robotics representatives explained that the device features a custom recipe database developed specifically for the Shaoxing Huangjiu Technology Carnival. This debut not only revitalizes traditional wine culture through technology but also bridges the gap between young people and huangjiu through engaging interactions, offering an exemplary model of intelligent manufacturing for traditional industry innovation.
